Introduction, index, and lessons 1-10, Ragsdale, "The Candy Specialist," of East Orange, developed and marketed a "New System of Specialty Candy Factories" and taught the art of candymaking and selling through these mimeographed lessons. The full extended course appears to have contained 26 lessons.
