Refund policy

Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only unless the item is damaged or defective as noted below.

Please contact us with your order number and concern within 5 days of delivery and ship back the item (items) within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After the item(s) have been received in their original condition, we will issue store credit.

If your return is accepted, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not received in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue.

If an item is determined to be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items, including final sale items, vintage items, food, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

Store Credit & Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund or store credit was approved. If approved, within 10 days, you’ll be automatically refunded or issued store credit. If we issue a refund, please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled after they are placed may incur a restocking or a credit card processing fee.
